operational principle

Installation and operation

Use precautions and maintenance

1. The hydraulic power unit belongs to the short-term working equipment, the normal working time is within 120s, beware of the motor damage due to excessive heating of long-term working.

2. The viscosity of oil is 22-46 ㎡ / s, and the oil with low viscosity in winter.

3. Change the oil for the first time after 100 hours, and every 1500 hours later.

4. The pollution degree of working oil shall not be higher than that of ISO4406 and 18 / 14 refined oil, and it shall be filtered by 10-30um filter before use.

5. The hydraulic power unit needs sufficient current, and the equipped locomotive battery should have sufficient power, otherwise the power unit will not work.

6. In use, the compression spring of the spring can be adjusted according to the hardness of the road snow, but excessive adjustment will affect the ability of the snow plow to climb over obstacles.

7. Check the fastening screws and other fastening components and control circuits before work every day.

8. Check and clean the hydraulic filter for 150 hours to ensure the filter accuracy is 20 μ m.

9. Check the hydraulic oil quantity irregularly, fill in the 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil and clean the filter.

10. Check the hydraulic components, pipes and connecting parts irregularly.

11. Regularly observe the wear degree of the blade steel plate. When the wear amount is more than or equal to 1 / 3 of the width of the blade, the blade should be replaced.

12. In non-work places, the snow plow of the vehicle must be raised before walking, and the walking speed shall not be greater than 40 ㎞ / h.

13. When the snow plow is idle, it should be cleaned and placed in a dry place to spray the paint part. The oil cylinder should be coated with oil to prevent corrosion.
