一、Product Overview

The LKW-28APX snow blower product is a large-scale snow removal machine developed by Henan Lukewei Road Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Based on extensive market research, the company has collected and listened to customer needs and feedback, comprehensively compared the strengths and weaknesses of similar products in the market, and has developed this product with a maximum snow removal width of 2800mm. It is primarily designed to be compatible with loaders with a total weight of 50 tons or more and is suitable for snow removal on urban roads.

The LKW-28APX snow blower product, in terms of product design, has undergone multiple rounds of type validation and a comprehensive set of operational tests to ensure reliable performance. It features a modular design with a compact structure, making installation and maintenance convenient. The product has a high degree of standardization in its parts, and the manufacturing process is advanced, ensuring the product's high quality.

二、Structural Features

The snow throwing device is dual-style and equipped with a snow throwing/loading bucket, which can be matched with a 50 series (i.e., 5-ton class) loader. It comes with a loader connection mechanism that allows for quick interchange with the loader's bucket.

The two-stage design features a primary spiral snow cutting and conveying system, followed by a secondary turbine blade snow throwing mechanism. The three-stage fixed-point snow throwing/loading bucket is of a square-tube design. It is equipped with hydraulic 270° rotation capability, with an outlet angle of ≥270°; the height is hydraulically adjustable, with a maximum height of 3.8 meters.

Equipped with a cold start device, an automatic alarm and shutdown system for low coolant level and high temperature in the cooling system, a rainproof cover, a dry air filter with a removable door and indicator, and a muffler for the exhaust.

The spiral-shaped snow throwing tube can rotate left and right, with a rotation angle of ±45°, and can be controlled and adjusted from the driver's cab.

The driver's cab is equipped with a working instrument display panel and control operation levers, featuring an independent hydraulic system that allows for all operations to be performed from within the cab.

Equipped with a safety pin for the spiral snow cutter, the lower part of the snow thrower is fitted with two end skids, two front adjustable skids, and two rear adjustable skids. The reduction and transmission mechanisms are oil-immersed, and the gearboxes are also oil-immersed.

The engine is equipped with functions for monitoring engine speed, fuel level (high and low positions), as well as various safety, alarm, and fault warning features.
